  - Your preferential agreement will become effective once a signed copy of this document is received by the hotel. - Preferential rates are valid for individual travellers only and not for group bookings (10 Rooms and above) - These rates are confidential and should not be made available for public display, as this may lead to contract cancellation. - The negotiated rates proposed in this contract are subject to volume restrictions (i.e. Last Room Availability is not applicable) and availability. - All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or accepted company’s letter of guarantee (applicable for pre-arranged credit facilities). - Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival date by 2pm, cancellations or non-arrival after this time will be subject to 1 night’s charge - All guests must present a valid passport upon check-in. A valid company ID should be presented, as the corporate rates are only available for employees and business associates under the company name of this agreement. - Check-in time is from 14:00. and check out time is until 12:00 noon - Early check-in and late check out requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - No-show bookings will be charged for first night’s room charges as a no-show penalty. - The hotel will review the room night production on a quarterly basis and reserves the right to renegotiate this agreement, subject to the performance of the company as this preferential rate is subject to minimum of 120 room nights per year.
